The Turkey Trot has been a tradition in Troy for 63 years!  It takes place on Thanksgiving morning with 4 events this year.  You can register for the 10k, 5k, grade school 1 mile, or a 1 mile open walk.  Last year was my first Turkey Trot, as previous Thanksgiving mornings were reserved for family & friends flag football games.  The course was a great balance of uphill challenges and downhill breaks, all while running alongside enthused participants and beautiful old Troy … [Read more...]
